Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong functional and technical expertise in financial products and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SQL, documentation, and reporting workflows, along with the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.

Must Have Technical / Functional Skills

Functional knowledge of at least few areas out of Securities, SFTs, Loans, Commitments, Guarantees, Facilities, Deposits and GL along with good SQL knowledge.

Comfortable writing BRD's, JIRA stories, Test scripts

Comfortable with SQL queries and writing functional specification

Product knowledge and applicability of products to Reg reporting

Exposure to Axiom would be a plus

Writing BRDs, JIRA stories, and test scripts

Review report schedules for accuracy and completeness

Execute SQL queries and write functional specifications

Perform historical report versioning and accessibility checks

Conduct workflow process reviews and testing

Validate version saving and locking functionality

Review submission capabilities

Perform maker/checker validations

Conduct cross-checks and inter-series validations

Escalate issues and participate in working groups to drive remediation and closure
