Monday - Friday 9:00am -5:00pm

Your Responsibilities Will Include
Servicing member’s basic transactional needs
Conducting general account maintenance
Earning and maintaining Financial Wellness counselor certification in order to assist members in realizing their long-term financial goals
Utilizing our Member Engagement Model to determine member needs and developing appropriate credit solutions
Following up on loan applicants and ultimately closing loans
Keeping current on all FCFCU products and services
Utilizing smartphones and tablets in order to personally demonstrate alternative banking channels including mobile and online banking
Maintaining knowledge of fundamentals of lending, loan documentation and corresponding loan compliance (obtain NMLS license)
Making appropriate referrals to Mortgage and Investment specialist
Troubleshooting and problem solving while handling member objections
We Require The Following Skills And Experience
1-2 years retail or customer service experience
High School diploma
Basic computer and keyboarding skills
Strong oral and written communications
