Our ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive personalized investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals. They should be comfortable creating financial plans and cross-checking work to ensure complete accuracy of information. Must be coachable and bring a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Provide financial planning support to clients.
Support investment professionals to cultivate client relationships.
Prepare financial plans and check their accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
Minimum 3-5+ years of industry experience
Must hold current licensing (Life + 6/7 + 63/65-66) or any equivalent.
Life license can be in any state that is in our territory.
Strong understanding of the investment business
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
This position will offer
The ability to work with an existing client base lead.
Access to LPL Financials’ full open‑architecture independent platform
The ability to build a strong book of business with Prudential’s exceptional referral programs.
The opportunity to create client solutions without proprietary product sales requirements.
Compensation is 100% benefitable, regardless of the product or company you sell
All earnings are fully pensionable (including all advisory, brokerage, insurance & annuities)
The look and feel of an independent advisor—with the benefits of being an employee.
Three retirement programs: a 401(k) with a 4% match, a cash balance pension plan, and a pension enhancement plan, plus full medical and dental benefits
Up to 83% payout on W2 contract (with benefits) & up to 92% on the independent contract
