is seeking an experienced
Senior
Accountant
to join its in-house accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to
work closely with senior stakeholders
in a
fast-paced, high-trust
environment where accuracy, discretion, and responsiveness are critical.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in a dynamic setting, and takes pride in delivering exceptional, high-touch service while maintaining strong accounting controls.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting records for assigned entities and clients
Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation
Perform account reconciliations, variance analysis, and data integrity checks
Assist with monthly and quarterly financial statement reviews
Partner with internal accounting team to standardize workflows, journal entries, and workpapers
Coordinate with third-party investment managers to obtain detailed transaction support
Support internal and external audit activities as needed
Tax, Treasury & Debt Management
Compile financial data to support tax filings and work with external tax advisors
Maintain debt schedules, tracking principal, interest, and payment timelines
Monitor and process debt payments
Support treasury and cash management activities, including bank reporting and documentation

Proactive communication and ownership of deliverables
Strong judgment when following checklists while adapting to evolving priorities
Clear written communication and strong documentation discipline
Comfort operating with urgency in a high‑expectations environment
Commitment to confidentiality, controls, and audit readiness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
4+ years MINIMUM of relevant experience (accounting, finance, investments, or family office)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; curiosity around AI-enabled workflow improvements preferred
Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus
Exposure to trusts and estate structures is a plus
Proven track record of excellent internal or client service
High regard for confidentiality is essential
