This full-time opportunity has a base rate of $17/hour with the potential to earn $25/hour with gratuity.
Position Summary

The Overnight Butler delivers highly personalized, anticipatory service to guests of a luxury private resort. This role is responsible for creating exceptional, discreet, and seamless guest experiences from pre-arrival through departure. The associate in this role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned guests, ensuring all preferences are met with the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Essential Functions

Guest Experience & Service

Provide bespoke, white-glove service tailored to individual guest preferences and needs.
Serve as the primary liaison for assigned guests, managing requests promptly and proactively.
Conduct suite orientations upon arrival and provide resort information.
Anticipate guest needs through observation and preference tracking.
Coordinate and deliver in-room dining, amenities, unpacking/packing services, and wardrobe care as requested.
Maintain a visible yet discreet presence throughout the guest stay.
Pre-Arrival & Departure

Review guest profiles and prepare personalized amenities prior to arrival.
Coordinate special occasions, celebrations, and custom experiences.
Manage seamless departure experiences, including packing assistance and transportation coordination.
Update guest preference records to support future visits.
Coordination & Communication

Liaise with Housekeeping, Culinary, Spa, Activities, and Transportation teams to fulfill guest requests.
Ensure all guest areas are maintained to luxury presentation standards.
Monitor and follow up on service recovery opportunities.
Maintain detailed daily logs and communicate effectively during shift transitions.
Standards & Compliance

Uphold the resort’s luxury service standards and brand expectations.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest identity and activities.
Follow all safety, security, and resort policies and procedures.
Participate in ongoing luxury service training.
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in luxury hospitality, private service, or butler service.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to provide discreet, anticipatory service.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Valid driver’s license may be required (based on property needs).
