Material Handler - Level 1

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and supplies.

Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.

Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move materials within the facility.

Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to support manufacturing schedules.

Required Experience

Experience in material handling or warehouse operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Knowledge of inventory control procedures and safety standards.

Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and support operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.

Basic understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality standards.

The annual base salary range for this position is $42,667.00 - $64,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
