Temp-to-Hire General Laborer

$19.00 hourly (compensation increase upon permanent hire)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

(Some overtime expected)

Key Responsibilities

Physically load and unload pipes and materials—this is a demanding role with frequent heavy lifting

Independently and safely lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly

Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Follow all company policies and safety protocols

Candidate Qualifications

Strong work history reflecting dependability, stability, and a desire to grow within the company

Capable and willing to work in a physically intense environment

Comfortable with overtime as needed

Reliable attendance and a team player attitude
