Responsibilities
Follow up on outstanding claims, denials, and underpayments
Work assigned A/R queues (no‑response, appeals, aged accounts)
Contact payers via phone, portals, and written communication
Review remittance advices and resubmit claims with corrections
Identify trends in denials and payment delays
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim issues

Key contributor to financial performance
