Anchor Co-Living provides structured, supportive sober living homes for individuals committed to rebuilding their lives. Our work is grounded in accountability, compassion, and real second chances--and we're looking for a House Manager who leads with empathy and consistency.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in sober living or recovery-focused environments who can balance operations, resident support, and team leadership while maintaining a safe, respectful home.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily operations across sober living homes

Maintain a clean, organized, and recovery-centered environment

Support residents through intakes, discharges, meetings, and day-to-day needs

Lead and mentor house staff and resident leaders

Coordinate housing assignments and work with external service providers

Participate in weekly outreach, marketing, and leadership meetings

Track documentation and resident progress using recovery software

What We're Looking For

Strong commitment to addiction recovery and community care

Experience in sober living, recovery services, or a related field

Background in counseling, psychology, social work, or similar preferred

SUDCC or CADC certification, or willingness to obtain within 6 months

Reliable, level-headed leader with strong communication skills

What We Offer

Part-time role with flexible scheduling (some weekend on-call required)

$23-$25/hour, based on experience
