
Ecommerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce & Marketplace Manager to drive digital growth for MCoBeauty across the US. This role owns performance across DTC and Amazon and supports key online marketplaces, including Target.com, and Walmart.com, partnering closely with retail account managers while leading the direct-to-consumer business.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of scaling ecommerce businesses across multiple channels, with deep expertise in DTC and Amazon, and a solid understanding of retailer.com ecosystems. This individual will combine strategic leadership, hands‑on execution, and data‑driven decision making to accelerate revenue, optimize the customer experience, and strengthen MCoBeauty’s digital presence across all platforms.
Responsibilities Support the Director of Digital to driving sustainable growth and profitability
Own forecasting, inventory planning, and in‑stock rates across all digital channels in partnership with operations.
Lead day‑to‑day performance across all channels, balancing DTC optimization with marketplace expansion. Optimizing & Managing key performance metrics via owned DTC platform - inclusive yet not limited to Conversion Rate, Session Count, Average Order Value & Basket Size and Return Customer Rate.
Partner closely with retail account managers for Target and Walmart to align on digital strategy, assortment, promotions, and onsite execution
Develop and execute channel‑specific strategies across DTC and marketplaces, ensuring consistency in brand positioning, pricing, and customer experience
Own DTC site performance, including conversion rate optimization, merchandising, and digital marketing alignment
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and external partners to support product launches, campaigns, and customer journey.
Analyze performance across platforms (Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Target/Walmart analytics, Shopify, etc.) and translate insights into actionable growth plans
Identify and execute new opportunities to expand MCoBeauty’s presence across emerging digital channels and partnerships
Qualifications 7–8+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketplaces, or omnichannel digital sales
Strong hands‑on experience managing DTC (Shopify) and Amazon (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central) is required
Experience working with Target.com and Walmart.com ecosystems, including collaboration with account managers, strongly preferred
Proven track record of driving revenue growth across both DTC and marketplace channels
Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Amazon analytics platforms, Shopify, Google Analytics, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
Excellent cross‑functional collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Highly results‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment
Passion for digital innovation, and evolving ecommerce trends
