Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of repairs, to preserve the good condition and functionality of assigned properties.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems
Maintain and repair heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
Perform service orders.
Painting and maintenance of apartments after move out.
Cleaning apartments after move out.
Customer service: professional, prompt and courteous correspondence with tenants in job performance.
Compliance with safety and company's policies
Perform general building maintenance and repairs as needed to keep up to company's standards.
Participate in After Hour On Call issues.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Cleaning apartments and hallways.
Cleaning grounds.
Skills
Must exhibit positive attitude.
Traits of good character.
Organized, flexible and reliable.
Knowledge and experience of general maintenance processes and methods.
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
Ability to work well with others and by yourself.
Manual dexterity and problem solving skills.
Regularly required to physically be able to walk and inspect properties appearance on a routine and arrange for maintenance according to company standards.
Frequently lift, push, pull, or move up to 30 pounds to assist maintenance personnel.
Kneeling, climbing, twisting, and bending.
