Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Assist customers with special orders and work with the Meat Cutter to determine which items need to be cut
Clean shelves, display cases, and the Meat Wrap displays
Operate in a fast‑paced grocery store environment, including lifting up to 60 lb. and standing, kneeling, or stooping for prolonged periods
Qualifications
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, and short correspondence
Write simple correspondence
Effectively present information in one‑on‑one or small‑group situations to customers, clients, and employees
Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
Regularly lift and move up to 25 lb., frequently up to 45 lb., and occasionally up to 60 lb.
Food Handler Card or equivalent certification is required
