Surgical Robotics Coordinator

Job Summary and Responsibilities
Provides leadership, coordination, ongoing robotic program development to positively impact growth productivity of robotic service lines for St. Luke's Medical – Lufkin. Collaborates with perioperative leadership to achieve and maintain Robotic Center of Excellence designation as well as efforts to exceed performance targets of the robotic surgery program. Provides supervision to the technical aspects of the Robotic Surgery Program and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to provide education, resource support, and input on clinical assignments and performance evaluations, where applicable. Establishes standardized practice protocols to achieve performance targets.
Job Requirements – Education/Certification
Associate's degree in related field
Certified First Assistant / Certified Surgical Technologist (CSFA/CST)

Pay Range
$32.30 - $48.05 /hour
