Maintenance Technician / Landscaper
Full‑time position responsible for the repair, maintenance, landscaping, upkeep, and replacement of the hotel's systems in accordance with hotel standards.

Responsibilities

Repair, maintenance, and replacement of systems throughout the property.

Maintain and clean the exterior of the hotel, including the parking lot and landscaping.

Complete building maintenance to keep public areas such as stairwells, hallways, and elevators clean and functional.

Use problem‑solving skills and manual dexterity to address maintenance issues.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of hotel maintenance experience.

Previous guest relations experience and/or training.

Any building trade license or certificate in the state of Utah (preferred).

Schedule
Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑4:30 pm.
