Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented RCA Specialist to support risk, compliance, and audit functions within a financial services environment. This role partners closely with business teams and internal risk groups to help implement and maintain effective risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of risk and compliance frameworks
Partner with business lines and internal teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
Monitor processes, systems, and data to ensure adherence to policies and regulations
Identify control gaps and recommend solutions to reduce operational and compliance risk
Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and internal assessments
Collect, analyze, and compile data for reporting and decision-making
Escalate risk issues appropriately and support resolution efforts
Participate in projects and initiatives related to risk, audit, and compliance improvements
Serve as a liaison between business teams and risk/compliance functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2–3 years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, or financial services
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks
Understanding of business operations, risk controls, and audit processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a regulated financial services environment
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels
Onsite role with potential hybrid flexibility after onboarding
Collaborative, structured team environment
Focus on accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation
