ASP meaning and calculation, code status (J,K,etc) and impact, NOC, NTEP, etc
Billing process, CPT codes, extenders, documentation requirements, modifiers, exceptions, grouping, etc.
Patient copay calculation
Third party reimbursement
Insurance plan coverage criteria, preferred products, prior auth process, restrictions, exception process, etc.
Patient assistance programs
Risk sharing agreements
Contract pricing
Market share agreements
Rebates
340B Program
Program structure, requirements, restrictions, and application
Site of care criteria
WAC purchase and allocation process
Financial modeling
Extrapolation of data to annualized estimates
