A tech-forward revenue cycle management organization supporting hospitals and health systems is seeking a Paralegal / Contracts Administrator for a temp-to-perm opportunity based in South Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work within an innovative, data-driven environment focused on delivering financial recoveries and operational insights. The position provides hands‑on exposure to contract management and legal support functions, with potential for long-term growth.

Job Function

Review, draft, and manage a variety of contracts, including healthcare and vendor agreements.

Support contract lifecycle management, including tracking, renewals, and documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams on vendor management and contract-related matters.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy and security regulations.

Assist in identifying and mitigating legal and compliance risks.

Support Legal Operations (LegalOps) functions, including process improvement and documentation management.

Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders as needed.

Maintain accurate and organized contract records and legal documentation.

Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Assist with compliance initiatives related to healthcare, technology, and revenue cycle operations.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting as an attorney or contracts manager.

Strong knowledge of healthcare contracting and regulatory requirements.

Experience with CONGA CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems is a plus.
