HOA On-Site Concierge
The HOA On-Site Concierge serves as the front-line ambassador for the community, delivering a high-touch resident experience while supporting the operational integrity of the property. The role performs customer service, access control, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, and thrives in a people-first environment. $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
Job Duties
Act as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and delivery personnel, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience at all times.
Manage access control procedures, including guest registration, visitor verification, and amenity access in accordance with HOA policies.
Provide residents with information regarding community rules, amenities, events, and services, escalating inquiries to management as appropriate.
Monitor common areas and entrances to support safety, security, and compliance with community standards.
Coordinate with property management, security, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
Log incidents, requests, and communications accurately using established systems and protocols.
Support administrative tasks such as package handling, key management, and basic reporting.
Represent the HOA with discretion, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Perform any additional duties within the scope of
HOA On-Site Concierge
and as assigned by the Community Association Manager.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality, customer service, or property management experience strongly preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Strong situational awareness and sound judgment.
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with access systems, logs, and communication tools.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
