Position Summary
As a Litigation Attorney at Resolvere Law, you will play a key role in managing and resolving complex legal disputes for clients in the areas of business, real estate, construction, ROC, and general civil litigation. The role requires an Attorney who can independently handle cases from start to finish, including pre‑litigation strategy, pleadings, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and courtroom appearances. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of litigation experience and a strong commitment to professional growth, client service, and contributing to the overall success of the firm.

You independently manage litigation matters with precision and confidence from pre‑litigation through resolution.

Clients consistently feel informed, supported, and advocated for throughout their legal process.

Legal documents, pleadings, and motions are drafted with clarity, strategic insight, and adherence to deadlines.

Your contributions directly support firm goals and growth, earning recognition internally and from clients.

You contribute to a positive, collaborative firm culture and serve as a reliable teammate and legal professional.

Objectives

Represent clients in civil litigation and pre‑litigation matters, including hearings, trials, and arbitrations.

Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs tailored to each case.

Develop and execute legal strategies in line with client goals and firm standards.

Conduct legal research and apply findings to strengthen case positions.

Negotiate settlements effectively while prioritizing client interests.

Maintain organized, thorough case files and meet all court‑imposed and internal deadlines.

Communicate consistently with clients and provide clear updates on case progress and strategy.

Contribute to the growth and vision of Resolvere Law through performance, innovation, and collaboration.

Competencies

Represent clients in civil litigation, pre‑lit, and other legal proceedings

Prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs

Provide counsel on legal issues and strategies

Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Manage client matters start to finish

Education & Experience

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona

Strong research and writing skills

Familiarity with legal research tools

Ongoing mentorship and guidance from experienced attorneys

Competitive salary: $95,000 to $150,000 annually

Option for 401K with 6% salary match

Physical Requirements

Occasional travel for court appearances, depositions, or client meetings
