Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk-in customers with equipment rentals. The role is the company's front line contact, understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, and providing strong administrative support with a professional attitude at all times.
Responsibilities
Support telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment.
Understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders.
Deliver customer satisfaction through professional administrative support.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
Valid Driver's license required.
Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.
Previous equipment rental industry experience (preferred).
Strong customer service and telephone skills.
Solid computer and administrative skills.
Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process (preferred).
Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.
Physical Demands
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.
Salary and Benefits
Base Pay Range: $21.38 - $25.38 per hour (starting rate may vary based on location, education, training, and experience).
