Our client, a private family office, is seeking an Office Administrator to provide senior‑level administrative and operational support in a highly discreet environment. This role supports senior leadership and centers on coordinating complex documentation, board‑level materials, and recurring governance and reporting cycles. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in executive support and is comfortable operating independently.

Responsibilities
Supporting senior executives with complex administrative needs.
Preparing and coordinating board materials, governance documentation, and trust or legal files.
Managing recurring quarterly reporting and meeting cycles with precision.
Serving as a point of coordination across internal stakeholders and external advisors.
Maintaining highly organized records across multiple entities.
Handling sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
Flexing hours during peak seasons as needed.
Qualifications
Senior‑level executive assistant or administrative experience supporting finance, legal, or investment leadership.
Comfort working with formal documentation and board materials.
Strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion within a family office environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management skills.
Calm, polished communication style.
Ability to work autonomously without day‑to‑day oversight.
