Senior Field Service Engineer – eBeam/SEM Systems

A leading semiconductor solutions provider is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support their advanced ebeam inspection tool. The candidate will perform equipment start-up and maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. A BS degree in Engineering or Science, hands-on experience with vacuum systems, and previous Field Service Engineer experience with 300mm capital equipment are required. The pay range is between $70,000 and $110,000 annually.
