We are seeking a
Licensed Architect / Project Manager
with a minimum of
3 years of professional experience
to join our collaborative studio. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in both team-based and independent work environments.
Qualifications & Skills
Licensed Architect with relevant professional experience preferred
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, including
IBC, ADA, ANSI, ICC , and related codes and standards
Experience performing code evaluations and coordinating technical documentation
Proficient in
AutoCAD ;
Revit experience
is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to problem-solve technical details and design issues
Works well collaboratively and as an independent thinker
Comfortable working with a diverse range of individuals and project types
