Position Overview
Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with at least four (4) years of litigation experience to join our Tampa, Florida team to defend Rideshare Liability, Product Liability, and a variety of General Liability cases.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the defense of Rideshare Liability claims.
Handle Product Liability litigation.
Represent clients in General Liability matters.
Qualifications
Minimum of four (4) years of litigation experience.
Consistent, steady work history.
