Overview
SAP PMO / Scrum Master (Cloud & S/4HANA Programs)
We are seeking a
high-impact SAP PMO / Scrum Master
to lead complex, enterprise-scale SAP transformation initiatives across cloud and development landscapes. This role combines
program governance, agile leadership, and deep SAP ecosystem exposure , driving mission-critical projects across S/4HANA, Cloud ALM, GRC, and Ariba.
You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating
multiple cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders , ensuring seamless execution of technically complex programs.
Lead migration from SAP Solution Manager 7.2 to
SAP Cloud ALM
Drive implementation across:
Application & Business Process Monitoring
Change Management (BTP via CTMS)
Change Management (S/4HANA via CTS)
Establish unified monitoring across
BTP, Datasphere, SAC, and SuccessFactors
Manage migration of SAP GRC 12.0 (DB2) to
SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud (HANA DB)
Enable readiness for adoption of
SAP GRC 26
Deliver an integrated procurement ecosystem using
SAP S/4HANA & Ariba
Streamline end-to-end processes: sourcing, procurement, invoicing, and analytics
Improve spend visibility, supplier performance, and compliance
Lead development of a
Rail Health Management Dashboard
Ensure alignment with existing Angular-based Rail Planning Interface (RPI)
Enable planning, scheduling, execution tracking, and compliance visibility
Lead
end-to-end program delivery
across SAP IT and custom development streams
Act as
Scrum Master
for up to 3 agile teams, ensuring smooth sprint execution
Manage
complex dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination
Drive collaboration across
internal teams, vendors, and system integrators
Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe practices
Provide
program-level reporting, stakeholder communication, and governance
Ensure alignment of deliverables across parallel initiatives
Qualifications
5+ years
of SAP S/4HANA (Cloud) program/project management experience
Proven experience managing
large, multi-stream SAP implementations
Strong exposure to:
SAP Sourcing
SAP GRC
SAP Solution Manager / Cloud ALM
Hands-on experience managing
third-party vendors & system integrators
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
with
3+ years of active Scrum leadership
Strong understanding of
Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
Ability to manage
multiple teams simultaneously without delivery conflicts
Experience with
SAP Ariba and Source-to-Pay processes
Exposure to
SAP BTP, Datasphere, SAC, SuccessFactors
Experience supporting
M&A-driven initiatives
Technical understanding of
cloud migrations and SAP architecture
