database architecture, design, integration, performance optimization, and high availability systems , ensuring reliability and scalability of Oracle platforms.
This role requires deep expertise in
Oracle technologies, database performance tuning, replication, and enterprise database systems , along with strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Database Engineering & Architecture
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Oracle databases
Lead database architecture, integration, and data modeling initiatives
Database Operations & Support
Support Oracle database environments in production
Perform installations, upgrades, and migrations
Replication & High Availability
Support Oracle RAC and high availability environments
Work with Exadata platforms
Performance Optimization
Perform advanced performance tuning
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
Optimize database efficiency and scalability
Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and recommendations
Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders
Work with application and infrastructure teams
Maintain documentation, standards, and procedures
Must-Have Qualifications
10+ years of Database Engineering experience
Strong experience with Oracle databases (Required)
Experience with Oracle GoldenGate (Required)
Experience with Oracle Exadata (Required)
Experience with Oracle RAC environments (Required)
Strong expertise in performance tuning
Experience supporting enterprise environments
Experience with database migration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL Server
Python scripting for automation
Strong database design and optimization skills
Experience driving automation initiatives
