Sr. Workday Report Developer
Duration: 6 Month Contract. Location: Westlake, TX (Preferred)/ Austin, TX. Work Model: 100% Onsite.
Role Overview
Support data conversion initiatives and report development within the HR Systems Support team. Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
Support data conversion initiatives, including impact analysis and data integrity assessments.
Develop, modify, and analyze Workday reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields within Workday.
Manage large datasets during data migration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.
Perform impact analysis to evaluate reporting dependencies and downstream effects of data changes.
Qualifications
Senior-level experience (6–10 years) in Workday reporting and data analytics.
Deep expertise in Workday Reporting and Analytics, including custom reports and dashboards.
Strong background in data analysis, managing large datasets, and data migration.
Proven ability to perform impact analysis and assess reporting dependencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
