Salary
Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year. Total attainable compensation: $183,000 - $336,000.
Qualifications
Active Virginia bar license in good standing
5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience, including active litigation
Minimum 2 first‑chair jury or bench trials taken to verdict
Ability to manage a high‑volume caseload independently
