TheCedarville University School of Pharmacy University is accepting applications for an organized and resourceful Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time (2080-hours), non-exempt, staff position.

The role serves as the operational hub for two academic departments in the School of Pharmacy, serving over twenty faculty members, coordinating schedules and exam logistics, managing confidential student records, and helping run signature School of Pharmacy events such as the White Coat Ceremony and Hooding.

Core responsibilities include the following:

Coordinate room reservations, exam logistics, and curriculum schedules across the Health Sciences Center

Manage confidential student records, academic progression data, and certification documentation

Support faculty recruitment searches and the Admissions Committee

Track faculty licensure renewals, committee assignments, and peer evaluations

Plan and execute school events: White Coat Ceremony, Hooding, Preview Days, and department gatherings

Serve as liaison with campus offices including Disability Services, the Registrar, Event Services, and Human Resources

This position is subject to the University's verification of credentials and other information required by law and Cedarville University policies, including the successful completion of a background check. This position is located in Cedarville, Ohio.

Qualifications and Experience
Required:

Associate degree or equivalent experience; 3–5 years in an administrative support role

Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365; comfort learning new systems such as DocuSign, Kuali, and EMS

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple supervisors

Professional handling of confidential information (FERPA compliance)

Proven ability to serve and communicate in a professional and responsive manner

Experience in higher ed or healthcare preferred

Experience with university enterprise systems

BLS Instructor, Stop the Bleed, or Notary Public certification
