Elite Sourcing is working with an Architecture studio in Los Angeles, seeking Project Professionals to effectively lead diverse projects for their Commercial, Federal, Education, and Aviation Facilities projects.
Responsibilities
Collaborate on the design and documentation of a variety of project types, including aviation, education, civic, tribal, commercial, and federal facilities.
Produce drawings, specifications, diagrams, 3D models, and reports that align with project goals.
Apply building codes, ADA, and zoning regulations to develop functional, compliant design solutions.
Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and team coordination efforts.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and internal team members to deliver integrated project outcomes.
Support QA/QC efforts and construction administration activities, including submittal reviews and site observations.
Lead portions of project documentation and guide junior staff in design development.
Qualifications
Degree in Architecture or related design field from a NAAB-accredited program.
For licensed Architects: A valid architectural license in applicable state(s).
For unlicensed professionals: Active pursuit of licensure and a strong portfolio required.
5+ years of experience on diverse architectural projects.
Proficiency in
Revit , SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design software.
Experience in sectors such as aviation, civic, commercial, tribal, mission-critical, or federal work is a plus.
