About the Role
As a Production Manager, you'll lead the delivery of multiple residential and commercial painting projects throughout the region. You'll be the go-to for crews and clients, keeping jobs on track, on time, and on point.
What You'll Do
Oversee multiple job sites, managing materials, people, and quality
Plan daily operations with Crew Foremen, keeping safety at the forefront
Handle ordering, inventory, and equipment logistics
Communicate clearly with homeowners, GCs, and our internal team
Track labor hours, job changes, and cost controls
Mentor and develop crew members and foremen
Perform punch lists and ensure high-quality results
Contribute to improving systems as we grow
Who You Are
23+ years of painting experience (residential or commercial preferred)
Construction or property management background also welcome
2+ years leading teams or managing projects preferred
Strong multitasking and scheduling instincts
Clear communicator with good problem‑solving skills
Detail‑oriented and organized
Fluent in English (Spanish a bonus)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable with technology (we’ll train you on our tools)
Self‑starter with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment
