Salary Range: $180,000 - $230,000

About the Opportunity
HireNow Staffing is seeking an accomplished Senior Business Development Manager to lead client development strategies for a high-profile litigation team at a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm.

This isn't a passive marketing role it's an opportunity to serve as a trusted growth advisor to top litigators, driving new client relationships and expanding litigation market share. You'll partner directly with senior attorneys in White-Collar Defense, Investigations, Securities Enforcement, and Complex Litigation , shaping pursuit strategies that align with the firm's long-term vision.

We're looking for someone who understands how high-stakes litigation matters originate, and who can actively identify, qualify, and pursue those opportunities through thoughtful targeting and positioning.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and lead client development initiatives for the Investigations & White-Collar Defense group and other high-value litigation practices

Advise practice leaders on visibility strategies, emerging client needs, and cross-practice opportunities

Drive the development of compelling pitch materials, client proposals, and strategic RFP responses tailored to litigation services

Identify litigation trends, market shifts, and target prospects then help attorneys translate that intelligence into pursuit plans

Collaborate closely with partners to map and execute growth opportunities tied to high-net-worth clients, corporate investigations, and regulatory matters

Facilitate post-pitch debriefs and coach attorneys on business development follow-up and client engagement

Monitor legal industry developments and ensure the firm is positioned to respond to evolving client litigation needs

Liaise with PR and communications teams to support litigation rankings, award submissions, and brand visibility efforts

What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, law, or a related field

10+ years of business development or marketing experience

At least 5 years within a law firm or professional services environment, with direct exposure to litigation groups

Deep understanding of how legal services especially investigations, regulatory defense, and high-stakes litigation are sold and positioned to corporate clients

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior legal professionals

Preferred

Familiarity with white-collar defense, SEC enforcement, and/or government investigations

Experience advising or supporting litigators on business development strategy, ideally within an Am Law or top-tier litigation boutique

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple stakeholders
