Solder Technician
for in the
Arlington area.
Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for the precision assembly of wire harnesses and performing high-quality soldering. Because this position involves military and defense builds, a high level of attention to detail and adherence to strict quality standards are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform intricate soldering on wire harnesses and electronic components.
Assemble wire harnesses according to technical specifications and blueprints.
Maintain a high standard of quality control for defense-grade builds.
Ensure all work meets rigorous military and aerospace standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in
soldering
and
wire harness assembly .
Previous experience with military or defense manufacturing is highly preferred.
Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work with small, complex components.
Shift & Compensation:
Shift:
1st Shift (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday.
Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour.
