About Us
Word of Mouth is a pediatric speech therapy clinic based in Brentwood, TN. We are seeking an outgoing and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our pediatric therapy team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our families, providing exceptional customer support while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.

Location: Brentwood, TN (Maryland Farms)
Hours: Full-time (30-35 hours a week), must be willing to stay as late as the last client (6pm) some days/as needed. Up to 30 minutes of checking emails on Sunday for any schedule changes.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain the calendar for office staff.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing
Assist with office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Support team members with various tasks as a personal assistant when required.
