Senior Administrative Assistant – (192547)
As Senior Administrative Assistant at HDR, you will provide a variety of administrative functions to support one or more executives, manage schedules, handle confidential information, maintain records, coordinate meeting facilities, manage budgets, and answer questions about company policies.
Provide administrative support for one or more executives, including phone coverage, reading and routing incoming mail, scheduling appointments, and processing expense reports.
Compose and organize materials and reports, and maintain records for work performed.
Coordinate and manage meeting facilities and arrangements.
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain budget or handle specific accounting responsibilities as needed.
Answer queries related to company policies and procedures as needed.
Perform other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling, and telephone skills.
Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks for various managers in a fast‑paced environment.
Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency with MS Office, including Word and Outlook.
Commitment to actively participate in an employee‑owned culture.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree.
Experience working within Architecture, Engineering, or Construction environments.
Local candidates preferred.
