Carolinas Staffing Solutions is Looking for Full-Time Parking Attendant in Southport, NC!
Essential Functions:
Cheerfully greets all guests, employees, contractors, and residents in accordance with customer service standards.
Monitors traffic flow, directing vehicles to appropriate parking spaces.
Ensures the security of vehicles and the safety of customers and employees.
Accurately collects parking fees and prepares accounting reports.
Maintains an accurate cash register and completes bank deposits.
Keeps daily parking logs up to date.
Assists with recordkeeping, including parking agreements, waiting lists, and customer files.
Performs routine maintenance on parking equipment and reports any damages.
Works outdoors in all weather, including weekends and holidays.
Cleans parking booths, lots, and sidewalks; empties trash containers.
Assists with minor vehicle issues (e.g., jump-starting cars or inflating tires).
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of related experience.
Basic computer skills required.
Special Requirements:
Must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license.
Pass Background Check, Driving History, and Credit Check.
