Nashville Predators Digital Content Internship - Summer 2026
The Nashville Predators Digital Department is seeking an intern for the Summer 2026 semester. This intern will assist with website and app maintenance, creating written content for NashvillePredators.com, interview and press conference transcription, photo galleries and more. We are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual who has a positive, can-do attitude and has a strong desire to learn and be part of the Smashville culture. Over the course of the internship program, the intern will become fully immersed in the daily operations of the Department and will be directly involved with tasks and projects that contribute to the Preds continued growth. In addition to the duties and objectives listed below, students will receive the opportunity to gain exposure to different departments and entities within the Nashville Predators organization. The Nashville Predators intern program provides an educational, skill‑building, hands‑on experience for all participants, and a cornerstone of the program is the interns ability to earn college credit for participation in the program.

Candidates MUST be able to receive college credit for the completion of this internship. The Nashville Predators do not provide housing or transportation accommodations.

Digital Content Internship Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist Website Coordinator with day‑to‑day publishing and maintenance of NashvillePredators.com and the Nashville Predators mobile app

Assist Senior Content Manager and Beat Reporter with writing, reporting and creating written content for NashvillePredators.com

Attend Nashville Predators home games, practices and/or press conferences

Transcribe press conference quotes for web and social content

Interact with Nashville Predators players, coaches and management in a professional setting

Potential to work alongside Social Media Team as applicable

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Digital Content Internship Minimum Requirements:
* Experience in digital, marketing, social or content roles

Experience in website and/or app content management systems

Experience writing and reporting on high school/college sports

Knowledge of Nashville Predators, NHL hockey preferred

Working knowledge of A.P. Style

Ability to maintain professionalism around players, coaches, and Hockey Operations Staff

Detail oriented with the ability to multitask

Strong work ethic and dependability

Ability to work as a member of a team and independently

Must be able to maintain confidential information

Nashville Predators Internship Requirements:

Summer semester internship duration will be approximately May–August 2026

All internships are in person; no remote opportunities are available at this time

Ability to work evenings and weekends within the students designated credit hour requirement when necessary

All interns must be students at accredited colleges and universities, with the ability to earn academic credit for time spent in an internship position

Internships are open to Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors receiving college credit

Internships do not provide compensation, housing, or transportation

Internships do not guarantee full‑time positions with the Predators upon completion

As a condition of internship, qualified applicant will be subject to a background check, which will at a minimum include a criminal background check and, if applicable, may include a driving history check
