As the engine of the Performance & Social team, you’ll manage timelines, budgets, shoots, and post‑production while collaborating with talented creatives to consistently exceed expectations.

Duties and responsibilities
Manage a number of P&S jobs from brief to delivery, including estimates, billing, PO requests, and invoicing
Prepare timelines, budgets, shoot briefs, call sheets, and risk assessments for photography/film projects
Book resources via Workfront and utilise internal planning systems (Microsoft Planner, SharePoint)
Serve as a contact for studio operations and coordinate on-set during shoots
Manage pre‑production through post‑production phases and organise logistics for samples, equipment, and transport
Organise and run team Stand‑Ups, Weekly WIP, and DTM meetings
Prepare agendas, take comprehensive notes, and distribute action points
Support client‑facing meetings including monthly reports
Catalogue and maintain all P&S equipment (lighting, mics, props, backdrops) with efficient storage and inventory monitoring
Manage studio set‑ups, take‑downs, and upkeep
Work with photography, film and animation teams on integrated motion and stills shoots
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed across all productions
Support new business proposals, estimate creation and approval, and arrange client playback meetings
Skills and experience required
Strong photography production and project management experience
Agency experience is preferred
Excellent organisation, time‑management, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Workfront, Microsoft Planner, and SharePoint
Comprehensive photography and film equipment knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with keen visual aesthetics
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Flexibility and adaptability in fast‑paced environments
Enthusiastic self‑starter with passion for creativity
