At The Enrichery, we help future generations develop the skills they need for success. The Enrichery is a place where kids can be inspired to improve, not just academically, but personally too. We want to teach kids lifelong skills for success, and empower them to live a life of possibility.
The Enrichery is a comprehensive education company that offers college admissions guidance, professional development programs, test preparation, and academic coaching. We have always encouraged a "promote-from-within" company culture with a determination to provide unique professional development opportunities and experiences to our staff. Our goal is to see both our clients and our staff flourishing and thriving.
Job Description
We are a growing education company in the Memorial area looking for a detail-oriented and service-minded individual to join our team as an Office Manager. We were just named the #3 Best Place to Work in Houston (from a list of 65 companies!) by the Houston Chronicle, and we're the only supplemental education company in Houston to make this list.
This role is built for someone who takes pride in building relationships with families, thrives in a structured environment, and finds deep satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
If you're the kind of person who shows up consistently, follows through on every detail, and genuinely cares about the people around you, we’d love to meet you!
What You'll Do
Be a steady, welcoming presence: greet parents and students warmly and ensure every interaction reflects our standards of care and professionalism.
Manage scheduling with precision: maintain accurate Academic Coach and client session schedules through our Enrichery portal, keeping our systems organized and up to date.
Support your location director: assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, client follow-ups, and building and maintaining checklists and operational procedures.
Keep the office running like clockwork: maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace with clear systems in place so nothing falls through the cracks.
Support employee transitions: assist with onboarding and offboarding employees using established processes to ensure smooth, consistent handoffs.
Supervise the Front Desk Coordinator: provide clear direction and support to our Front Desk Coordinator, ensuring a seamless and well-documented transition of responsibilities during evening and Sunday sessions.
Handle office logistics: run occasional errands and manage supplies so the team always has what it needs.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Warm and welcoming: enjoy talking to people and taking care of others.
Structured and process-driven: appreciate having clear guidelines and take pride in following and improving established procedures.
Meticulous attention to detail: catch small things before they become big problems, and hold yourself to a high standard of accuracy and follow-through.
Calm, consistent service approach: show up the same way every day: reliable, professional, and focused on delivering a high-quality experience.
Thorough and dependable communicator: communicate clearly and professionally, listen carefully, and follow through on every commitment.
Steady under pressure: when priorities shift, adjust methodically and return to your systems.
Plus:
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, especially Google Sheets.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Comfortable navigating difficult client situations with patience and professionalism.
