Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Industrial Project Manager to join a rapidly growing Engineering & Specialty Contracting company. This role leads the planning and execution of industrial construction projects, ensuring safe, profitable, and on‑time delivery. The position manages contracts, budgets, schedules, and resources while serving as the primary client contact and coordinating closely with engineering, field, and subcontractor teams to support long‑term client relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage industrial construction projects from planning through completion
Coordinate materials, labor, subcontractors, and project schedules
Execute projects within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting client expectations
Develop and manage project budgets, contracts, change orders, and cost controls
Participate in design planning, feasibility studies, and conceptual estimating
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts for accuracy and constructability
Oversee day‑to‑day site activities and coordinate internal and external teams
Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards
Act as the primary client contact during project execution
Approve contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and contractor invoices
Requirements
Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
or
10+ years of relevant industrial construction experience
Strong knowledge of industrial construction methods and systems
Experience with estimating, contract administration, and cost management
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with estimating and accounting software tools
Ability to work in office and active industrial jobsite environments
