About the Role
For our
Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg , we are currently looking for a
Junior HR Administration and Payroll Specialist
to join our
HR Administration
team inside our
People & Organization function
for a
12 month fixed term
assignment.
Main Responsibilities
By covering this position, you will handle HR administrative tasks such as preparing and following up on employment contracts, amendments, and related documentation. You will maintain accurate employee records, ensure HR data is regularly updated in systems like SAP HR, and manage absence tracking under supervision. You will also respond to first‑level employee queries and coordinate medical check‑ups.
You will support travel and expense processes by reviewing and validating expense claims in line with internal policies, checking supporting documents, and following up on reimbursements when needed. You will manage corporate credit cards, including requests, activation, monitoring, and closure, acting as the point of contact for employees on these topics.
You will assist with payroll preparation by collecting data for new hires, preparing payroll inputs, and supporting related activities under supervision while contributing to ad hoc HR projects as required.
About You
You will bring your educational background in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Management
or other related fields with experience in
HR administration, payroll, and/or expense management . Additionally, you will ensure
accuracy
and
timely delivery
by managing priorities effectively and maintaining a strong
focus on detail . You will operate
confidently
in a fast‑paced environment while respecting confidentiality and
discretion
in all tasks. Thanks to your
organizational skills
and
collaborative approach , you will contribute to a service‑oriented team and support smooth operations.
You will bring your proficiency in
Microsoft Office tools , expertise in HR systems and expense tools, with
basic knowledge of Luxembourg labor, tax, and social security legislation . Last but not least,
fluency in both English and French
