This is a full-time on-site role in Gainesville/Jonesville Area for a Front Office Administrative Assistant & Social Media Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing front office operations, providing administrative and clerical support, answering and directing phone calls with professionalism, and conducting communication with clients. Additionally, the role involves assisting with the coordination and management of the company's social media presence to engage clients and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Experience with Clerical Skills and organizational tasks
Ability to manage social media platforms and create engaging content
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field preferred
