Overview Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position). ***Monthly new lease andrenewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***
We are seeking two Assistant Community Managers to support our apartment communities in Olympia, WA, consisting of 162 units and 190 units. Our ideal candidates will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements At least one year of experience in on-site property management.
Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook or other similar programs.
Yardi CRM/Voyager knowledge is preferred.
Must be able to work every Saturday.
