Market Research Analyst

Location: Lewisville, TX (Hybrid eligible for local candidates; remote considered for non‑local candidates)

What You’ll Do

Leverage claims‑based market data to uncover growth opportunities, optimize delivery models, and inform strategic initiatives

Partner with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into clear, impactful, actionable analytics and deliverables

Design and build compelling dashboards and visual narratives that influence executive decision‑making, using SQL and Tableau

Present findings directly to executives and cross‑functionalolas

Influence team strategy around tech, processes, and deliverable innovation

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field, e.g., Marketing Research, Statistics, Data Science, or Math (Master’s or more preferred)

Experience: 7+ years in data science/analytics or market research, with advanced degrees requiring less (healthcare experience a plus)

Skills:

Intermediate to advanced in SQL; intermediate in BI tools

Strongпри problem‑solving, and communication skills, with proven ability to execute translational analytics

Strong knowledge of descriptive statistics and probability; predictive analytics a plus

Familiarity with claims data, geospatial analytics, and healthcare a plus
