Community Outreach Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator for a long term contract opportunity in Pasadena, CA. This role is a senior, community‑embedded outreach and engagement leader responsible for building trust, driving awareness, and converting interest into action within Asian American communities affected by the LA fires. This person owns outreach strategy, messaging, and community relationships and directly influences client acquisition outcomes.

Responsibilities
Lead and optimize community outreach strategies for Asian American engagement

Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on community insights and acquisition tactics

Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and influencers

Analyze community feedback and recommend adjustments to campaign strategy

Partner closely with marketing and campaign teams to refine outreach efforts

Maintain accurate data and reporting in company systems

Required Skills and Experience

5+ years in community outreach, client acquisition, organizing, sales, or similar roles

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Comfortable presenting, engaging in the field, and working with people in crisis

Strategic thinker with strong follow‑through and high emotional intelligence

Experience with events, grassroots engagement, or campaign‑style work

Compassionate, professional, and mission‑driven
