What you’ll do
Own the messy, important problems that don’t clearly belong to any one function
Work directly with the founders to identify bottlenecks and fix them fast
Build the internal systems that keep Sazabi running (people ops, recruiting ops, finance ops, tooling, etc.)
Design and implement lightweight processes that scale without slowing us down
Jump into critical projects across hiring, GTM, product, and support
Help us operate faster and with more clarity as we grow
Turn chaos into momentum
What we're looking for
Extremely high agency
Strong problem-solving skills across both technical and non-technical domains
Comfort operating in ambiguity with constantly shifting priorities
Ability to go from 0 → 1 on systems, processes, and workflows
Highly organized, but not bureaucratic
Strong communication and judgment
Willingness to do whatever the company needs, no matter how unglamorous
