Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers via phone to assist with inquiries and resolve issues.
Provide accurate information regarding orders, billing, and other account management tasks.
Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all customer interactions.
Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer experience.
Education and Experience – Customer Service Representative / Customer Care Agent
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Continuous learner mindset.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
