Responsibilities:

As a CNA at McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care, you will:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
• Assist residents with walking, transportation, and transfers using gait belts when necessary.
• Promote resident independence and dignity.
• Perform basic nursing skills as directed by the Charge Nurse.

What We Offer:

• Job Types: Full-time and Part-time positions available.
• Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Competitive Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Flexible Hours:
• Part-Time: 12 32 hours per week
• Full-Time: 32 40 hours per week

Position Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A valid unencumbered Missouri CNA License is required.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program is acceptable.
• At least 1 year of CNA experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with staff, residents, and families.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Reliable transportation is required.
