Role Description
We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager – eClinical to join our team full‑time at our Naperville, IL location. In this on‑site role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships and business opportunities within the life sciences sector. Your day‑to‑day tasks will involve developing relationships with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and other stakeholders, presenting and demonstrating Cloudbyz solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to customize offerings to meet client needs. You will play a key role in creating strategies to drive customer acquisition, onboarding, and engagement while identifying growth opportunities within the eClinical market.

Qualifications

Experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management within the life sciences industry

Familiarity with clinical trial processes, including CTMS, eTMF, EDC, ePRO, and Safety & Pharmacovigilance systems

Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with CRM and cloud‑based solutions for business processes

Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to understand client pain points and recommend tailored solutions

A team player with a strategic mindset and leadership capabilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related fields (MBA preferred)

Prior experience in clinical trials, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors is highly advantageous

Proven record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth

Ability to work on location in Naperville, IL
