Additional Information About the Role
BJC is hiring an intern for our Planning Design and Construction team. This position is looking for 2027-2028 graduates majoring in Interior Design.

May 2026 – April 2027

20 hours per week during the school year; 40 hours per week during the summer.

Graduating in 2027 or 2028 and residing in the St. Louis area during the internship are required.

Role Purpose
The BJC Career Development Intern Program (CDIP) supports the pipeline initiatives of BJC Healthcare. Interns participate in project-based assignments, work part‑time during the school year and full‑time during the summer, and are enrolled in a degree program (preferably a freshman year or higher).

Responsibilities

Navigates project requests using critical thinking skills.

Communicates effectively with staff and project leaders.

Takes initiative to identify additional work that enhances the effort with logical next steps.

Excels in a team‑based environment.

Solves problems using creativity and innovation.

Minimum Requirements
Education

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.

Preferred Requirements
Experience

Less than 2 years of experience.

Supervisor Experience

No experience required.
